Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Puff Pacer (the “App”), provided by Todd Lahman LLC. By using the App you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older — or the age of majority where you live — to use the App.

1. The App is not medical advice

Puff Pacer supports behavior change around nicotine use. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional about your health and any cessation plan.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases and billed through your Apple account. Plans are $12.99/month and $59.99/year (with a 7-day free trial). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.

3. Community conduct

The community is a respectful, journey-focused space. You agree not to post content that is abusive, hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise objectionable. We filter content before publication, accept reports, let you block other users, and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your account

You may delete your community account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete community account). Deletion permanently removes your account and associated community data.

5. Disclaimer and changes

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and you use it at your own risk. We may update these Terms from time to time; if we do, continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
