Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Puff Pacer (the “App”), provided by Todd Lahman LLC. By using the App you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older - or the age of majority where you live - to use the App.

1. The App is not medical advice

Puff Pacer supports behavior change around nicotine use. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional about your health and any cessation plan.

2. Purchases & billing

Full access is sold as an in-app purchase and billed through your Apple account on iOS or your Google account on Android. Two options are offered: a yearly subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Current plans and prices are shown on the in-app paywall and confirmed by Apple or Google before you buy.

The yearly subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings. The lifetime purchase is billed once, does not renew, and grants access for as long as the App is available on your platform. There is no free trial - billing starts when you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

3. Your data

The App has no account. Your plan and history stay on your device and sync only through your own iCloud or Google Drive storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Disclaimer and changes

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and you use it at your own risk. We may update these Terms from time to time; if we do, continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
