Delete your community account in the app (fastest)

Open Puff Pacer (iOS or Android — the steps are identical) and go to the Settings tab.
Scroll to Community account and tap Delete community account, then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your sign-in identity and everything tied to it — your handle, posts, replies, votes, circles and circle invites, high-fives, shared stories, and support conversations. It cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Lost access to the app or your device? Submit the form below from any email address with the community handle you used (for example @SteadyOtter42). We verify and process requests within 30 days; you'll get a confirmation email when it's done.

Your journey data (logs, plan, check-ins, selfies)

Your private journey never lives on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete: it is stored on your device and — only if you enabled backup — in your own private iCloud (iOS) or your own Google Drive app storage (Android), which only you can access.

To erase it on-device: Settings → Delete all data in the app, or simply delete the app.
To remove the Android backup copy: in your Google Account, go to Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Puff Pacer → Delete hidden app data. On iOS, manage Puff Pacer data in iCloud settings.

What we retain

After account deletion, residual copies leave our encrypted backups within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregate statistics that identify no one (for example app-wide totals) may be retained. If you consented to a public testimonial and want it removed as well, mention it in your request.
