There is no account to delete

Puff Pacer has no sign-in and no server holding your information. Your plan, logs, check-ins, badges, and progress photos are stored on your device, and - only if you enabled backup - in your own private iCloud (iOS) or your own Google Drive app storage (Android). Nobody else, including us, can read either one.

Erase everything on your device

Open Puff Pacer (iOS or Android - the steps are identical) and go to the Settings tab.
Tap Delete all data and confirm. This wipes your plan, history, check-ins, badges, and synced photos.

Deleting the app removes everything on the device as well.

Remove the backup copy

Android: in your Google Account, go to Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Puff Pacer → Delete hidden app data.
iOS: manage Puff Pacer data in your iCloud settings.

If you contacted support

Messages you send through our support form arrive as email and are kept only as long as needed to answer you. Ask us to delete the thread and we will.
