Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Puff Pacer, provided by Todd Lahman LLC, handles your information.

Your data stays in your control

Your journey data (logs, check-ins, plan, and mood) is stored on your device. If you use Puff Pacer on more than one device, that data and your daily Selfie-a-Day photos sync only through your own private iCloud so your progress follows you. That sync is end-to-end within your Apple account: it is encrypted, it never touches our servers, and we cannot read it. Any Apple Health data we use (your mood, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure) is read from and written to Apple Health only on your device, shown to you, and never sent to us, used for advertising, or shared with anyone.

Community data

The community and support features are optional and use a free Sign in with Apple account. When you use them, we store on our secure backend: the anonymous identifier from Sign in with Apple plus the handle you choose (we request no Apple profile information, so we never receive your real name or email); your posts, replies, votes, circle membership, high-fives, and any story you choose to share publicly (which may appear in the app, and on our website if you consent); and the messages you send to support. This data is linked to your community account, is never used to track you across other apps or websites, and is never sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers. Support-related emails are sent through a third-party email provider.

Deleting your data

You can delete your community account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete community account). On-device data can be erased with Settings → Reset all data, or by deleting the App.

No tracking

Puff Pacer does not track you across apps or websites and does not sell your data.

Children

Puff Pacer is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
